* 1. Students must be at school or registered with homeschooling equivalent. 2. Prior to Kinetic Education completing any student assessment or starting the 3 weeks free tutoring, the legal guardian (the customer) must: a. confirm they can commit to the expectations reasonably expected in providing the free tutoring. b. participate in the free introductory session c. complete the enrolment process including agreement to continue tutoring beyond the 3 weeks free tutoring period, which at any time during the 3 weeks free tutoring period the customer may cancel at no charge, the remaining free tutoring and any subsequent tutoring.
